Physical Touch

Love is patient and kind. Love is not jealous or boastful or proud or rude. It does not demand its own way. It is not irritable, and it keeps no record of being wronged. It does not rejoice about injustice but rejoices whenever the truth wins out. Love never gives up, never loses faith, is always hopeful, and endures through every circumstance. Prophecy and speaking in unknown languages and special knowledge will become useless. But love will last forever! (13) Three things will last forever, faith, hope, and love and the greatest of these is love. 1 Corinthians 13:4-8,13 (NLT)

  1. I am 48 and I am still waiting for god find the right man for me and it has not happened yet

  2. I will be 28 years old next month and am still waiting on the right gal to come along as well. I haven’t dated anyone in ten years. But every day I wake up with my eyes fixed on Christ and have faith and trust that he knows the perfect time to send her my way! I know this may sound funny, but I purposely do not let myself get interested in anyone that is not a firm believer in Christ. I believe that we should be equally yoked. So until that day comes, I am just going to enjoy life and let Christ love shine through me! :)

  3. Have been prayed, askedseeked, knocked on God’s door because of God’s special Calling n assignment

  4. I am 48 and have prayed for 25 years to meet the right guy. I get discouraged sometimes. But I just have to keep trusting God and don’t compromise

  5. @Danyetta, I know you made this comment two years ago but whoever God has for you is for you. I dummy truly think you’ll have to pray for him because God knows who is a great match for you. I hope you don’t wait for him because more than likely be will not change and he will not respect you. You deserve better I wish you the best well I hope you find the best and If you haven’t it will come in due time just don’t put too much focus on it.

  6. @danyetta I hear you, similar thing happened to me. I’m still praying and hoping God will bring me the right man soon. We’ll both stay strong and wait x

  7. This helps and is true, I’m 38 and being single for 14 years. I will have my master’s degree in June and have pretty much accomplish everything I want instead of finding the right guy. I dated briefly and fell in love with a guy who I know isn’t for me. I met him in 2010 and we just reconnected back in 2013 and I prayed about him but he still hasn’t changed and I know I have to be strong and wait.
